Recently renovated 3 bedroom home, with a beautiful waterfront view. Perfect for 2 couples who want their privacy since the basement can be seperated from the rest of the house. Some people may find the stairs steep, and the ceiling is a little low upstairs. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!! I will charge a $1000 damage fee if you bring pets. NO SMOKING!!!!! Outside you will find a large yard, fire pit and recent constructed 12x19 screenroom. Pets are welcome but there is an extra cleaning fee.
