Heima is a very peaceful apartment located in Ísafjörður. It is located on a quiet street near the mountain. The house is located about 1 km from the main square. Heima is a house owned by a family that built it in 1962. Johann Kroknes, a carpenter from Norway came to Ísafjörður to build this house for his daughter Sigríður that was moving to Ísafjörður after marrying a local shrimp captain, Torfi. We are restoring it to the style that was in the sixties and welcome you to enjoy it with us!

Limited light pollution gives you a better chance of seeing the Northenlights without having to go far. A baby cot can be provided upon request. The flat consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom, and a hall with a closet, a convertible dining area, fridge, freezer and an electric kettle.
