Our newly built, modern cabin offers a secluded and relaxing retreat in Union, Maine. With the high ceilings, open floor plan, and many windows, guests are surrounded by natural light and forest views. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor grill and fire pit. Walking trails connect the cabin to our farm next door, where you can visit with our horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. We are just 25 minutes from the Midcoast's shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Seaside House/Downstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer in this coastal home with great ocean views. The space is light and bright and yet cozy! The house has a well appointed kitchen and is well maintained. You will find everything you need and more in this comfortable seaside retreat. Access to the beach is a short walk away. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy. There is also a large back yard to play or relax in.

"The Roost" is a bright 1400 sqft. 2 bedroom c.1890 cottage that has been recently renovated and painted located on a two acre property with a coffee roaster Green Tree Coffee and Tea as well as another very small cabin called "The Lair". We are located 400 yards from Lincolnville Beach, 2 miles from Mt. Battie State park, 4 miles from downtown Camden, and 12 miles from Belfast. We are a very dog friendly property, plenty of room for your dog to roam out back in small pasture. Sorry no cats

It is located just 2/10 of a mile from the village center where the general store, village church, library, and town offices are located. Easy commute East (30 minutes) to the coast and must see towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden or West (30 minutes) to our capitol Augusta. One hour and forty minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

This coastal town is truly a gem, but if you’d like to explore further afield, it’s also an excellent base for day trips to Camden (30 minutes) or Acadia National Park (1.25 hours.) Historic schoolhouse of Brooklin converted into the perfect one bedroom getaway. Located across the street from the Brooklin Rockbound Capel with a quick 20-minute drive to Blue Hill. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor or Bangor are all with in an hour away. The original post and beam construction, with a sleeping loft, give the interior a rustic vibe offset by the playful color palette and butterfly wallpaper make it more botanical and lighthearted.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
