This home is a classic ranch style house featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice living area, roomy kitchen, and a great screened in porch. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.

Rustic, cozy cottage house situated in our spacious backyard. Overlooks private back yard. Only a few miles from UGA and Sanford Stadium (easy Uber/Lyft), but in our quiet neighborhood, you’ll easily be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of a college town if you need to. Perfect space for 1-2 guests. Pets welcome. We won’t bother you but can be available for questions or issues if needed. You may see us letting our dog out from time to time.

This detached area for living is a slice of the country living, close to Road Atlanta (9 miles) and the Chateau Elan (6.5miles), Braselton, GA. North Georgia Medical Center Borrow County (4.5 miles). This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
