Large sun room extends the entire length of the back of the house upstairs for a beautiful view of the lake. Relax with a cold beer and watch sunset from dock over lake. Home is conveniently located half way between Memphis and Nashville (about an 1.5 hours from each). The house is perfect for special events such as family reunions.Or just come out for the weekend with that special someone and spend some quality time together. Mother-in-law’s quarters is a private space attached to main house with front and back covered porches and private entrance with NO STAIRS. Porch and grill are available to guests. Golf cart available upon request for a ride in the neighborhood and around the farm or up to the pond. On a clear night, you can see the stars forever!

Our Private Guest House has 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is DISH TV in the living room and Smart TV’s in the master and second bedroom. There is convenient parking, a private entrance, and front porch. There is plenty of room to park a large trailer or RV, if needed. Laundry facilities are available for use. The lower area of the guest house has a living room and a full kitchen. The second full-bathroom is located downstairs.

Loft 163 is located on the Court Square in Downtown Huntingdon TN. It's on the second level of a newly renovated historic building that dates back to the late 1800's. It has amazing views and is in walking distance to The Dixie Performing Art's Theatre, Court Theatre, restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops, and more.
