A cosy little stockhouse_the archipelago of Vöyri

Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

För övernattning finns till förfogande en våningssäng samt en utbäddbar soffa.

Newly built (2020) beach house in a peaceful area with a private beach. 2,5 km to centre of Jakobstad and close by there are several walking trails. The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.

My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's. Cosy loft apartment, with two bedrooms downstairs and a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the second floor. You walk through bedroom one to reach the other. The apartment is close to nature, but still only 5 km from central Pietarsaari. The apartment is a side building next to our house. The large yard has a playground and is surrounded by fields and forests with hiking trails.

Cute house in the centre of Nykarleby. One bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a convertible sofa in the upstairs hallway. Fully equiped kitchen, and a big outdoor patio with grill and outdoor seating. A big sauna is located in the bathroom. The house is our private recidence, and we have our belongings in the house. The house is located 350m from a supermarket.
