Indigo House Poolside Retreat is a bright, beachy & bohemian space that is perfect for your stay in beautiful Charleston! This one bedroom pool house apartment is located in the heart of James Island, just 10 minutes from the downtown peninsula and 15 minutes from Folly Beach. A lovely studio centrally located on James Island, The Cottage is about 5 miles to Folly Beach or Downtown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within a few miles. *No children under 13 without prior approval.* **We do have a 30-day minimum during some dates.
