There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The cottage is a perfect getaway in the Ocean State. It is an ideal location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, local beaches & parks. The renovated chef's kitchen is an entertainer's delight. This 3/2 home has two living rooms and high-speed internet allowing for ample work and play. The private outdoor deck features a hot tub (open during the winter), pool, fire pit, BBQ, gazebo, multiple seating areas, and a backyard for additional recreational space.

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
