BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Stay just minutes from the beach and Coligny Plaza in this cozy, first-floor condo. Enjoy a renovated bathroom, a full kitchen with washer and dryer, and a Keurig for your morning coffee. The community has both an indoor and outdoor pools - updated in 2025. Our unit is the perfect home base to explore everything Hilton Head Island has to offer. This is the A unit of a lockout condo; the B unit may be occupied during your stay, but both are private and separately accessed.

Shake off any lingering salt and sand under the outdoor shower in the fenced-in backyard. Swim in the heated saltwater pool (please see the notes about the pool) then soak in the hot tub, ending the day stargazing by the fire pit. Standouts inside include exposed beams and a Smart TV. Fantastic Downtown Condo With Shared Pool!

Perfect "live like a local" spot. Four blocks from legendary Forsyth park, 2 blocks from the grocery store, and 3-4 blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. I lived here as a bachelor for about 2 years. It's the perfect blend of historic Savannah and modern style and convenience (granite counter tops and a 2 person jacuzzi tub in the bathroom). Super comfortable and cozy; you will get a true feeling of a Savannah home. Oh, did we mention there's a pool? Yea, it rocks!
