Brand new wood floors and carpet. Located less than a mile from Watauga Lake with a private neighborhood boat launch (bring your boat). Canoes and Kayaks can be provided upon request. Ski Resorts are 45 minutes away. Bristol Motor Speedway is a 55 minute drive. Dogs Considered. No cats. Please discuss with owner.

Remodeled farmhouse across the street from scenic Watauga Lake. The main house features a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, fully equipped kitchen and large bath with tub. There is a 3 person hot tub in an enclosed patio. From the patio, there is a set of stairs that takes you to the one bedroom "tiny house" with queen bed, tv and desk, a party hut with garage door that opens to the deck and upper patio. Party hut features a 70 inch tv, 1 bedroom with bath and kitchen.
