Look out at the pristine City Hall with the Statue of Liberty and a bronze sculpture marking the city where Honest Abe visited just before announcing his run for Presidency. The original bricks and hardwood in this unique 170-year-old home have stood the test of time. Take a an elevator (or stairs) to the 2nd floor. Located in the heart of historic downtown Leavenworth, the First City of Kansas. Within a few blocks are several coffee shops, bakeries, boutiques, and bars. Located only 10 miles from the award-winning tourist town of Weston, which has many breweries, wineries, and hiking trails. You won't find this anywhere else! Original wide hardwood floors that were laid 165 years ago and the original brick walls that have stood the test of time. A view from nine windows that overlook our pristine city hall with the statue of liberty and statue of Abraham Lincoln. (Lincoln announced his run for presidency right there in Leavenworth!) And to think, he most likely walked across the street and came in our building as it was a saloon at the time! You will enter our loft from the street by keypad and there is a small room leading to our new elevator (big steel door) to take you to the 2nd floor. Directions for the elevator are on the wall. Very easy, just always close the white accordian door to elevator in case your party calls it from another floor. Your party is the only people who have access to this elevator. Ride a custom elevator to the open yet cozy space above the host's candle and gift boutique. The flat is a great base to explore KC, Fort Leavenworth, the county seat, and quaint Weston, MO. Shops, restaurants, coffeehouses, and bars are steps away. There is a large parking lot behind the building on 5th street. 65" tv, but we do not have cable. There is a dvd player, and you are welcome to hook your phone to the tv to watch your prime video, hulu, etc. That is what we do, and use the data from our phone or computer to display on the tv screen!

Walnut Hill Farm private suite, Parker, KS

Walnut Hill is located in a quiet rural setting 50 miles south of the Kansas City Metro area. The English cottage-style inn sits on 40 acres of wooded and pasture land. The homestead has been operated organically since 1978 with a large vegetable garden and fruit trees. The grounds include a one-mile running or walking path and paths through the woods. Early risers can view deer as they check out the garden. The property is home to an abundance of wildlife including a wide variety of birds.

Payne Jailhouse Bed and Breakfast, Pacific Room

Our place is close to shopping, dining, and a ton of history. You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, and the outdoors space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The common area is equipped with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Bottled water, snacks and assorted coffees and teas are complimentary, along with breakfast items for our weekday guests. A full breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Big House at 8:30 AM.

Mansion in the Park - 2 bedroom king en suite

Listing is 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed, connected by a private bathroom between them. The Mansion sits on nine private acres with a lake and an outdoor pool. Indoor rooms (library, parlor, game room, dining room) are shared with other guests. You'll be close to everything and only steps from Starlight Theater & the Zoo. LGBTQ & BLM friendly. Pet free. Owners reside onsite. Ask about other rooms. No children under age 2 allowed; maximum of 2 guests, including children (over age 2).

Vineyard Mansion - Crown Room

The Vineyard Mansion was built, in 1890, by the famed architectural firm of Eckel and Mann for B. R. Vineyard, a prominent attorney in St. Joseph, MO. Although divided into apartments in the 1940's, this Romanesque Revival style mansion has been meticulously restored back to its original use. We are proud to offer the Crown Room, a unique alternative to a hotel room, offering the privacy and comfort of a home away from home, enveloped in the grandeur and elegance of the Gilded Age.

Purple and teal Paris themed suite with a private bath. Walk in closet in the bathroom, full tub/shower, sink and toilet fully private in the room.. Bedroom is in a large home in a neighborhood with a half acre garden, Creek in the back, walking trails and parks nearby. Up to 3 bedrooms available each with their own private bathroom for up to 6 guests. The house is perfectly located to watch the July 3 fireworks at Legacy Park on the deck. You can actually see the launch point.

The Cardinal Suite is where woodsy and modern vibes collide. This suite features lots beautiful stained glass, that we’ve paired with cozy wood vibes to create a modern birdhouse room for our guests. You will have your own private suite with connected bathroom, that has its own entrance/exit as well. This room will feature a king bed and also an outdoor seating area to enjoy where you can hear the birds perfectly. The room will also have a small smart tv, and of course Wi-Fi.
