The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. In the bedrooms you will find two large double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a private entrance, a private courtyard with space for two cars. Smoking is forbidden in the house. IMPORTANT:Parties are strictly forbidden in the house, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am This home is located not far from the city center (20 min by walk) in a very calm living area

Už 5 km. yra kurortinis miestas - Birštonas, kuriame esančiose sanatorijose galite mėgautis SPA malonumais.

Birštonas Tiny Hemp House

The Tiny Hemp House is located in a residential area by the Nemunas river and a forest. It is 2 km walk away from Birštonas centre. House was built by its owners themselves. They chose ecological materials - hempcrete for the walls, clay as a plaster and wood for the floors and ceiling. You can relax in the hot tub under the stars (the hot tub is an additional fee, reserve 12 h before arrival). The service is not provided when the feels-like temperature drops below –15 °C.

A forest-surrounded campsite with two spring-fed ponds, cozy cottages with stoves, a sauna, and a hot tub under the open sky. There is no electricity—only peace, nature, and quiet. There are total three lake front Cabins in our area. Pond Cabin is located 15meters from pond and 50 meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm. We also offer jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for 100€ Nearest shop is 2km away.

The apartment is located in the heart of Kaunas, right next to Freedom avenue (Laisvės g.). Park apartment is surrounded by two parks and small cozy streets with modern architecture of early XIX century. It is only 5 minutes to main pedestrian street Laives ave., also 5 minutes to the bus station and 10 minutes to the railway station by foot. The Old Town you could reach in about 20 minutes by foot. Its very quite area you could park the car outside the apartment, you will have private entrance with little garden.
