Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Our lower unit is a beautiful apt with stunning view on Katchemak Bay right from windows or yard. Private gardens, lower deck. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. We have a freezer that you can store your catch in, but check with me on freeze space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Poo bad provided. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. The Lookout Apt makes a great home base you can go anywhere on the Kenai Pennisula in 3 hrs. from here, make sure to check out are week long discount.

The Eagles Nest on East End Road

Welcome to beautiful Homer! We have our "Eagle's Nest" 3 bedroom apartment with dramatic views of Kachemak Bay, glaciers & snow capped mountains year round. The entry level has a fully furnished kitchen-dining-living area & full bath. The dining table seats up to 8 people, and TV and DVD player. Two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, closets and dressers. Upstairs is a large loft with additional sleeping, two full size beds and TV and DVD player. Located 5.2 miles east of Homer.

Top of Our House

This is an apartment on the top floor of our home in Girdwood with views of Alyeska, Fishes Breath, and Maxes Mountains. It is one mile from Alyeska ski resort, and near Virgin Creek Falls. It's a one bedroom with a king bed, full bath, kitchen, TV in the bedroom, and a kitchen table and couch. It is accessible by walking up two flights of stairs on the outside of the house. We live downstairs with a toddler who you will likely hear. Sometimes four wheel drive is needed in heavy snow.

Located in the Heart of Homer on Beluga Lake. Wonderful bird watching on the deck. Watch float planes land and take off the lake. Walking distance to brewery & farmers market. Bike into town, or along the Homer Spit trail. Upper unit with luxurious accommodations. High ceiling, queen size bed. Cozy interior design. Outside private seating overlooking Beluga Lake. 2 guest limit. There is a shared lower deck with a gas fire place. Rental of Lower Unit/ whole property is available.

Cupples Cottage #3: Downtown!

Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. Fast forward over 70 years and 3 generations and the property has been reimagined as Cupples Cottages Vacation Rentals, operating since 2017.
