This private & newly renovated open floor plan & chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ideal for long stays. The apartment features a sunny deck off the kitchen and backyard for dining or relaxing. Centrally located in a tree-lined walkable neighborhood. UC Berkeley and BART in short distance. Drink your morning coffee on a sun-drenched deck and at night cozy up by the indoor fireplace.

Garden guesthouse next to ElCerrito BART&shopping

The house is only two blocks from the BART station, which is only 6 minutes away from UC Berkeley campus and half an hour from San Francisco. There’s also grocery stores, restaurants, coffee very close by in El Cerrito Plaza. This is a newly built, attached one bedroom in-law unit with private entrance in the quiet backyard. It offers absolutely privacy and is very bright, cozy, spacious. Shared laundry with us in the garage. Free Parking in the driveway. Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

La Casita

La Casita is situated in our back yard. It is on the 1st level of 4 (4th at street), so be prepared to use stairs. Although once arrived it is very peaceful and quiet. Downtown Berkeley is ~10-15 minute drive. El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station is a 6 minute drive. Solano Avenue (shops and restaurants) is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk). Farmers Market every Sunday (10-2) is a 7 minute walk. We look forward to having you stay at our property and happy to answer any questions you may have.

This luxurious suite with kitchenette features a beautiful view towards the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges, designed especially for a romantic getaway or anyone needing a relaxing space. Soak and play in the two-person jetted tub, enjoy the gorgeous large bathroom. Easy street parking is always available, and garden lined exterior stairs take you to the private entry and patio. A laundry is provided for guest use only. Hikes into the canyon below or neighborhood above are a special treat.

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it's only a short 2-minute walk from El Cerrito Del Norte BART station, 3 stops from UC Berkeley and a direct 40min train ride to San Francisco. Five minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Amenities include your own kitchen, Wi Fi, private bathroom and free parking.

This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.
