Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

Bourne Farm Oasthouse is surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland - enjoy the oasts comfy beds, cozy interior with open plan living/dining with plenty of light, the serenity, the solitude. The Oasthouse is good for couples, solo adventurers, families & pets v welcome. Four Poster master suite adjoins pink bathroom Pair Swedish XL twin beds adjoins wet room K/S bed on mezzanine en suite- access via steep ladder (ideal for the more robust amongst us)! Newly converted stable block

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Welcome to our "Rabbit Hole", aptly named as you will discover on your visit to us; just peep out of the windows! Spacious but intimate, we hope that we got your holiday home right. Some of the stuff we thought of, a super king bed, so you can stretch out like starfish. Love music, connect and play your sounds on the Samsung speaker. 65" television to watch a Netflix epic? Open the window in the bedroom, fill the big bath tub and immerse yourself in the night sky with a glass of bubbles

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

The Bubble, which works on a slightly over pressurised system where the air continuously refills the tent is set up on an old working farm. Its the ultimate experience of nature and total comfort. Guests can fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful open farmland. Sit back in your very own private hot tub and enjoy the view of the rolling fields. BBQ and 4 person hot tub. Great for just relaxing, catching up with friends and family or walks, bike rides and outings to nearby Kentish attractions. Gusbourne vineyard a mile up the road, as is the Rare breeds centre which is ideal for families.
