Also, a Gas Fire Pit on lower level deck- available to guests, UNLESS Fire Danger’s high- will be removed. The Branch on Evergreen is a family friendly duplex with awesome features like a covered porch and soaking tub and fireplace. Although, The Branch isn’t an open concept, it feels like it.
