Welcome to Aquila Cottage which is located directly on the Hadrians Wall Path, Pennine Way and Hadrians Cycleway Route 72. The cottage is in an unparallelled location just 150 yards from "the best bit" of Hadrians Wall at Walltown Crags and directly opposite the Roman Army Museum. There is parking for 1 vehicle as well as a bus stop right (services include AD122) outside. We are perfectly located for walking, visiting the historical sites along Hadrians Wall, Lake District & Scottish Borders.

Originally the grooms accommodation for the historic Hartrigge House , it offers peace and quiet and an amazing homely atmosphere. Railway Cottage is a historical 168 year old cottage nestled in the heart of Bellingham and Northumberland 's dark skies. It's ideal for couples and is pet friendly. It’s on the main street in the village, set back from the road. Pubs, shops etc are within walking distance. It is a superb base from which to discover and explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. Kielder Forest and the historic market town of Hexham are a short drive away. The cottage also backs onto an 18 hole golf course.

Ivy Cottage is the perfect size for 2, although it can accommodate up to 4. Ideal location, for cycling, walking, fishing and playing golf. There are dog-friendly pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as a good selection of shops. We have an onsite games room, free for our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate 1 large or 2 small pets, however, please note, we do not have have a secure garden area. The cottage has many wonderful walks right on the doorstep for you to explore.

Although completely remote and secluded, this cottage has been recently refurbished with a cosy homely feel and has all the modern amenities needed including unlimited WiFi, luxury shower and log burners. The perfect place to relax and unwind with only the sheep & cattle for company.

Larriston Coach House is a large four-bedroomed cottage, part of a very rural 19th century farm steading on 28 acres, with 2,500 acres of hillside starting at the doorstep. It's right on the Scottish Border, close to Kielder and Newcastleton (both five miles away), and ideal for visiting Kielder observatory, Kielder Forest, the Borders or north Northumberland. There’s plenty of space, inside and out. The skies are dark, the mobile reception is zero and the silence is deafening.

Just a mile away from Kielder Reservoir we're a brilliant base for a stay in beautiful Northumberland.
