Cozy 1 Bedroom Tiny Cottage within walking distance to the Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Arena, Planet Fitness and Cosmosphere. Also within a short distance to Kansas State Fair Grounds, Downtown Hutchinson, Fox Theater and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guests of all backgrounds. Without prior approval, we will not book to people who live in Hutchinson Ks and are booking for themselves to stay, due to previous problems with damages.

The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. Cute Studio House

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
