This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

Grooms Cottage in West Norfolk

This cosy cottage has a style all of its own. Formerly, the home of the Groom to the Vicarage horses and is located opposite Stable Cottage. Both one bedroom cottages have recently been renovated to a high standard. Located in the village of Middleton, West Norfolk which is a 20 minute drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate Kings Lynn, Ely and many other attractions The cottage has a new kitchen and bathroom, plus lounge and double bedroom. Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.
