A lovely half mile walk to both Fuquay and Varina town centers with easy access to eateries, breweries and boutiques. Kitchen has full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, sink, 2 burner cooktop, Keurig with milk frother, coffee and tea supplies, cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, breakfast table and chairs. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.
