In direkter Nähe zum Schmieheimer Schloss kannst du die Ruhe und Natur genießen. In ca. 20 Minuten bist du beim Europapark. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich ein schöner Spielplatz und große Wiesen. Mit ein paar Schritten bist du im Wald oder in den Weinbergen und kannst von dort die Aussicht bis zu den Vogesen genießen. Wir haben Wert darauf gelegt, nur hochwertige Naturmaterialen zu verwenden. The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.
