Wool Hut, is a beautiful, traditional Shepherd's Hut, located in the middle of nowhere but close to everywhere! Situated on our working farm on the edge of the village of Thixendale, the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, surrounded by stunning landscapes in a peaceful, rural setting. Visit the wonderful market town of Malton, or historic York as well as some beautiful country houses, or simply rest and relax. There is an abundance of food producers and restaurants in the locality for you to explore.

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. It sleeps up to 6 humans (2 bedrooms, with a sofabed in the living area), this cottage has everything you need for a memorable experience. To the side is Jenson Cottage that can sleep upto 5 human beings.

Tinson's Barn

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Set in a private garden, next to Woodland and open fields, posh camping with the luxuries! 10 miles from York city, and a bus stop 15 min walk away. Pocklington is approx 3 miles away and is the nearest market town for shops. Ideal location if your ready to turn off your phone, put your feet up, and chill with nature. The Caravan can also be used with Tadpole for family reunions, Birthdays or just fiends getting together.

Middlefield Cottage by Yorkshire Escapes is a newly decorated one bedroom cottage, with hot tub. Located just outside Westow Village, close to Malton and York, in the grounds of Middlefield House. The cottage has a new Kitchen with view over the fields, a charming bedroom and a Sitting Room with French doors leading out to the garden with hot tub, seating and bbq and gym.
