Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

This beautiful cottage has been renovated, offering the perfect mix of modern conveniences & true Outer Banks nostalgia. I do have several listings in this neighborhood including next door to this cottage. Centrally located, 2 king beds & rooms with Smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, large 65” smart tv, excellent WiFi, covered patio, outdoor shower, ping pong, rope swing & new decor. Pet friendly.

This quiet abode is located in a gated community, with basketball & tennis courts, and a waterfront playground. There is also access to a community boat ramp for an additional fee. Welcome! A Portion Of All Stays Are Donated To The SPCA. In the Heart of the Outer Banks near the beach, sound, restaurants, shops & attractions. Our Entire remodeled Downstairs offers 2 Large ROOMS: one HUGE w/ a Casper Mattress Queen bed, linens, dresser, closet & TV w/ Netflix; the other a dining area & work desk w/ full Keurig & coffee bar. The Kitchenette has a fridge, dual hot plate, microwave, large sink, washer/dryer, etc. There’s also an outdoor seating area & charcoal grills.

Our second master suite has just been remodeled for a fresh clean and inviting look. Suite is located on ground level with private entrance. Pool is located just off suite along with a outside shower. Parking is available for one vehicle. Owners live on premiss and we want to make your stay with us as enjoyable. We have bikes and outdoor grill. We have several churches near by and restaurants and beach within 10 min walk.
