In a very quiet location, but only 3 scooter minutes from Pra Ae with a great beach. The apartment has HIGHSPEED WIFI, a bedroom (king size bed) and kitchen, large living room and large private terrace. The living area is about 60 m² and 50 m² terrace.

Due to the hillside location, renting a scooter is recommended to easily get around and explore the area.

This apartment is close to the construction so there is a special Construction discount between the end of March until the middle of December 2022. Construction 8 am to 5 pm. Some days more noise and some days less. It’s easy to find a quiet spot at the Area.
