Wellanidia Cottage ist ein kleines Steinhaus (ca.35qm) was beinahe vollständig von einer uralten Eiche überkrönt ist. Das Gästehaus befindet sich auf einem 1600qm großen Grundstück, das gegenüber vom Dorf Skoutari liegt. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich mein Turmhaus und weiter unten auf dem Grundstück eine Töpferwerkstatt. Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. Στο ισόγειο έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα ακόμα μπάνιο, άνετο καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, όπως όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα σε πλοίο.

Eclectic and secluded stone family semi-detached house by the sea. Ideally located villa both close to Kardamyli (200m) and also private. The house is located within an large garden overlooking the sea. A small local beach nearby makes this a perfect place to enjoy all west Mani has to offer. Can sleep 4 adults and one additional adult on the sofa or extra bed in the large bedroom. Two bedrooms and two baths rooms.

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
