It consists of 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests (one with double bed and the other with two single divani beds which could be transformed as a double bed ). It could also accommodate other 2 guests as there is a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a sea view from all the rooms and along with all of its amenities , it aims to provide an excellent stay to its guests. Very close to the apartment there is a supermarket and plenty of small local restaurants, gas station and kiosks. In less than 100m there is a bus station that connects the apartment to both airport and the city center.

The studio was fully renovated in June 2018. It has all the latest amenities, it's cosy, big, comfortable and has beautiful style. Brand new bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need like hobs, mini oven, cookery essentials. It's very close to many hotels in Kato Paphos and to many archeological museums. Private parking is just outside of entrance door. Huge supermarket is opposite from the apartment.3 minutes walking to the sea and 8 minutes walk to the old harbor and old castle!

Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.
