The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

You’ll love it here because it's comfortable and close to everything. My place is good for couples, a family with small children, and good friends who don't mind sharing close quarters.

Being so close to the light-rail makes traveling from the airport to the home or from the home into the city a 20 min train ride.
