It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

At the 7 and last floor (with two lifts witch let you front of the door ),you can enjoy the two terraces ,for breakfast or aperitif time.If you come in summer ,you will appreciate the air conditionner . You are PLACE DE LA MADELEINE , a place really central ,at a few meters of the metro station ,and while walking , easy and not far to go to Concorde,Le Louvre,Champs Elysees....).
