Downtown San Diego is 20 mins away. If you like to hike we are only 5 minutes from Cowles mountain and other trails. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Beaches are 20 minutes away. Newly built one-bedroom private guesthouse w/view of Cowles Mountain and separate street entrance. Living room has queen futon. A 50" smart TV with YouTube TV. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig coffee machine. Bedroom has queen bed and 40" smart TV. Bathroom has large shower and electronic bidet. Washer/dryer. Allow small pets up to 35 lbs. for $20 fee.

Escape to tranquility: the perfect retreat

Lovely studio with peaceful outdoor space! You will enjoy easy access to everything. This studio is near the 94 freeway close and close to downtown La Mesa as well and many amenities in San Diego. Please note that there are stairs to get to it. It is a separate studio located at the lower level of our house. Also, we just added a portable air conditioner for the summer months :).
