La villa cuenta con dos habitaciones, cada una con dos camas matrimoniales, TV, baño con regadera y balcón con una excelente vista del Lago Atitlán. Abajo se encuentra un espacio amplio con sala, cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, bar y terraza con jacuzzi privado. Afuera se encuentra el área de piscina y terraza, la cual es compartida con otros huéspedes.
