Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Die Bushaltestellen Richtung Friedrichshafen und Richtung Meersburg / Überlingen sind genau vor der Tür. Der See ist in 5 min und das Freibad ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt diverse Restaurants (Hotels, Thai Imbiss, Pizzeria etc.) in der Umgebung und alle sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Private parking in front of the house, also space for caravans and campers. We rent the room on a weeky basis.
