Situated on a quiet country road this adorable home on one wooded acre has lovely mountain views and a peaceful setting. Nearby you will find skiing, hiking trails and quaint Vermont towns with shops and restaurants. Manchester and Rutland are 30 min. drives, Dorset is just 20 min. Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

The Schoolhouse

Take a break and unwind at our cozy schoolhouse. The schoolhouse has been in our family since the 1960's. My grandfather renovated it from the one room schoolhouse it was in the 1960's to the cozy cottage it is now. Unplug and enjoy local culture and activities including hiking, biking, lake activities, ice fishing and skiing. So many things to do or just stay in and curl up with a good book.
