We will prepare Italian dishes together, I'm a Personal Chef and I'll be happy to share with you my best recipes. This is not a fixed menu experience, let me know what interests you, and I'll match with the other participants' needs and define which dishes we will prepare, examples (not limited to) are: Pasta, Lasagna, Gnocchi, Ravioli, Risotto, Pesto, Parmigiana, Caponata, Ossobuco, Involtini, Cannoli, Tiramisù, Panna cotta, Zabaione. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, discover how Italian cuisine can accommodate your dietary requirements. Whenever possible, we will use organic ingredients, coming mainly from local farms. As my home is located in the Ticino Natural Park, you will enjoy the beautiful natural environment and we will have lunch in the woods, literally, enjoying food and complimentary beer or wine. Outside my property we will be able to have a walk in the woods trying to spot the different animals that live in there: foxes, hares, dormouses, wild boars, buzzards, cuckoos, woodpickers etc. In case of adverse weather conditions lunch will be held in the living room of my home that has large windows overlooking the woods. I speak Italian, English and French, if guests speak different languages, English will be used.
