Welcome to your peaceful Getaway on the Waterway right on the beautiful canal that connects Big and Little Lake Weir! Kick your feet up and wave at the boats going by as you grill or fish from the dock. Play a round of corn hole, hop on one of our paddleboards or kayaks for beautiful ride to either lake! Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, (they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi service to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!) RELAX and ENJOY!

The property is between 15 - 40 mins drive from Disney, Epic Universe, SeaWorld, Gatorland & Universal Studios. Orlando International Airport is only about 17 mins drive away. Osceola Heritage Park, the home of the world’s largest collector car auction is only 4 mins drive from the villa. The Florida Turnpike that runs through Miami is 6 mins from the property.

Finally en Casa is in a quiet area of Deltona by lake Theresa. 1 room has a full size futon, 2nd room a queen bed & master w/king. Enjoy a nice dinner outside . Huddle around the fire pit by the lakeside. Have fun with board games & the big jenga set. Fishing rods & pedal boat for use. 2 miles to Publix & CVS, 42 mins to Universal, 56 to Disney & 30 mins to the Daytona Race track. How about a psychic reading at Cassadega. Garage space isn't available. Access to laundry room is granted.

Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.
