The Sevan house cottage

This 2-story home is located in a small village off the shore of Lake Sevan. Take a short 10-15 minute walk and you'll reach the shore of the lake. It's a beautiful spacious cottage with a big yard and all amenities you can think of. It's very cozy, comfortable and best of all very quiet. It's suitable for chilling, working, or having fun. This cozy home is only a 1.5-hour drive away from Yerevan. There are shops nearby but have a limited variety.

We have a large garden with horses, baby zone, while inside of the villa we have 3 luxury rooms with private bathrooms, 2 other bedrooms with shared bathroom, and 2 large living rooms.
