Enjoy exclusive use of this private pool & spa and entire pool area shown in the cover photo. This cozy 850 sq/ft stand-alone, open-concept, guest house has a private entrance and is adjacent to the main house where the host lives. So private does not mean secluded. Small kitchenette, large outdoor dining & grilling area. The open-concept 2nd level (like a large hotel room) sleeps 5 in beds, 1 King, one Twin, and one Full in sleeping loft with privacy curtain. The lower level living room couch can sleep 2 singles(bedding provided). For confirmed guests only, please no parties or visitors. Private guest house located adjacent to main house located in a quiet upscale neighborhood west of downtown Austin. The is a free standing 2 story guest house with 1 King, 2 full beds + 1 full futon, couch sleep 2 more, maximum 7-8 people. Short drive to Zilker (ACL), Downtown Austin, Circut of the Americas (F1), Austin Bergstrom International Airport. New fresh linens, bath towels and pool towels provided. Our guests enjoy a private entrance to the two story guest house adjacent to the main house and our guests also enjoy private use of the shared outdoor living area amenities of the pool, lounge areas, outdoor dining and heated spa. Host lives in main house adjacent to the guest house. I welcome guests for check in upon arrival and will be there to answer any questions throughout your stay. Although the pool/outdoor living area is shared, we are respectful to allow our guests to enjoy this area privately. The home is situated in the peaceful hill country of Austin with shopping, dining, and a Whole Foods supermarket just one mile away at the Hill Country Galleria. Enjoy the convenience of downtown Austin and easy access to the airport. There is secure parking available for up to 3 cars should you be arriving by car or renting one. Uber is convenient for transport to and from the city and easier than seeking parking during special event weekends. Uber from the airport to the home is also a good way to go. There are presently no public transit routes to the neighborhood. Because this is a quiet residential area and our private home, please know this is not a party house. While our guests are welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor space, and we recommend evening use of the spa after a long day. Late night noise, especially outdoors, is not permitted. Use of the heated spa at night is encouraged, but we ask that our guest be mindful of the noise level in respect of the host and next door neighbor.

Kick back and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. While not a literal treehouse, this home is perched in a canopy of trees that borders a peaceful hillside. This custom home was designed to take in the beauty of nature and unwind from daily life. Country contemporary style and beautiful views greet you inside. Enjoy a beverage on the back deck, get cozy by the fireplace, or sleep while gazing at the stars with two skylights above your bed. There is a 200' gravel pathway to the front door.

Welcome to your peaceful and private studio apartment. This Austin themed retreat features a comfortable Queen-size bed, twin pull-out sofa, small kitchenette, keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and convenient portable convection cooktop; walk-in shower and a front porch as well. Enjoy the private entrance and separate side yard area, ideal for pets and relaxing in this calm and quiet space. Please note there is no separate bedroom, ideal for the 1-2 people-3 max. Extra fee more than 3 guests.
