Located near the Seymour River and the Baden-Powell trail network. Close by are Capilano University, Capilano and Lynn Valley suspension bridges, Deep Cove Village, Maplewood Flats bird refuge, and Lonsdale Quay. Downtown Vancouver is 25 mins. by car or bus, a few steps away. Free street parking.

The Cottage shares 5.5 acres of farm land and personal home. 12 min too USA border, 20 min from White rock beach. Guest suite is located on the lower floor with its own private entrance at the rear of the home. The space is bright and spacious with windows and is self contained with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The Airbnb host lives upstairs in the home but their area is completely separate from the guest area. My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife and Skytrain.
