Huvila sijaitsee keskellä Himosta, kävellen pääsee Rinteisiin, golfkentälle, kaupalle, Himos Areenalle, Festarialueelle ja Huvikeskus Williin Länteen. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a jacuzzi (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

Talviasuttava mökki kaikilla mukavuuksilla järven rannalla. Mökin yläkerrassa ja alakerran makuuhuoneessa parisängyt ja olohuoneessa levitettävä sohva parivuoteeksi. Talousrakennuksessa on puusauna ja nukkuma-aitta parivuode. (Kylpytynnyri erikeen maksu). Kaasugrilli ja puulämmitteinen grilli löytyy pihasta ja laavun alla voi istua. Helppo tulla julkisella liikenteellä. Luistelurata Vesankajärvellä talvisin ja kelkkarata. Frisbeerata Vesalan monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Saunatilojen yhteydessä myös juuri remontoitu oleskeluhuone, jossa levitettävä vuodesohva. Oleskeluhuoneen yhteydessä kodinhoitohuone, jossa pyykinpesukone. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.

Unique vacation villa near Himos slopes with a view of the northern slope. 5 minutes by car to the slope. Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
