Beautifully modern farmhouse located in Champion, PA, only minutes from 7 Springs Renovated and professionally decorated from top to bottom, this home features 3 bedrooms (master has a king, second has a queen, and third detached bedroom being separate guest suite with queen bed and queen pull out), kitchen with granite and stainless, fireplace, a/c, huge deck. The home is set on 2 very private acres with woods on all sides and a stream running through the back yard. A short drive to the resort.

Ohiopyle, Falling Water, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely. Four and a half miles from the historic town of Ligonier, this home offers all you would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A labor of love, we built this home with hopes of someday retiring here to enjoy all the area has to offer. In the heart of the Laurel Highlands this home is close to golf courses, ski resorts, museums, theaters, restaurants, numerous State Parks with great hiking and biking, Idlewild and Soakzone, and Ligonier Camp and Conference Center.

Updated House - Pets - Close to Hospital

Enjoy a comfortable, clean stay at this centrally-located, newly updated house. House is less than a mile from route 30 to get you to restaurants and shoppes in under 10 minutes. Everything is on one floor including the washer and dryer. House is very close to the hospital as well as Seton Hill University and University of Pittsburgh - Greensburg campus. Note that the bathroom is small with not much space to put your items.
