A little piece of Heaven is what my dad always called it! The basement has been turned into a nice, private living area created for fishermen, guest visiting our Fame recording studio or the ultimate family vacation. If you have a little one we can also furnish a crib, high chair and possibly other necessities you may need to make your trip a little lighter! You have your own deck halfway to the water and full access to the pier. Also provide as many life jackets that you may need. Steenson Hollow marina and boat ramp is located 2 doors down for easy access for the boaters. Cleats, bumpers and ladders are also located on the pier. For history lovers Wilson Dam is just right around the corner, which is also a great place to pick up some gorgeous driftwood. We guarantee you will love it as much as we do!

Cowboy Cottage

The Cowboy Cottage is the perfect getaway for couples that enjoy nature and the countryside. A gated entrance will lead you to a quiet, peaceful, and private place to enjoy. This is a single bedroom dwelling with 2 sliding patio door entrances and decks. One entrance leads to the master bedroom and the other is the living room area. Explore nearby hiking trails or gaze upon the horse pasture with friendly horses that will come right up to the back patio for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

M’s Place - Cozy home in The Shoals

Welcome to M’s Place! Backyard is fully fenced. Pets MUST be approved PRIOR to booking! ($75 non-refundable fee PER dog; two dogs max.) Guitar, piano & board games available. WIFI provided. NO cable; smart tv allows streaming services. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, UNA, recording studios, Wilson Lake & North Alabama Medical Center. NO SMOKING OR VAPING indoors! ($250 cleaning fee if cleaner finds the house has been smoked in.) NO parties or events! At least one person 25 years or older.

The Bungalow - 3/2 close to everything!

The Bungalow is a newly renovated 1925 home with lots of character. The house is centrally located and about 5 minutes to everything Florence has to offer. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, new appliances, coffee bar & everything you need to cook a big meal. Your family can relax on the living room sectional, front porch swing, and back deck while grilling. Expect a great nights sleep from our premium mattresses & new linens. This house is pet friendly!

Maw's Cottage

Welcome to Maw's Cottage. My great-grandmother's house has been completely remodeled and renovated to include amenities such as a tankless water heater, a heated bathroom floor, and 3 separate mini split units strategically placed so each guest can control their ideal sleeping temperature. It is conveniently located near the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Colbert Alloys Park boat ramp. I remodeled this house as though I was going to be the one living in it, so I know you'll love it.

Peaceful country setting, just 3 miles from downtown Rogersville . Close to several boat launches plenty of space to park with boat or trailer. Joe wheeler state park is 7 miles away. You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds. One private bedroom, second bed in the Loft. Pets are allowed with approval and $50 fee. See notes.
