Eclectic cottage & sauna bath house/SE Portland

This cottage is a rustic bohemian experience. There is a queen bed and a sleeping loft which is good for kids accessed via a built in ladder (one bed and one ikea double mat (great for kids) in total). Cottage has a kitchenette in the main room where the bed is. There is an OUTDOOR shower/bath and sauna which is incredible in the fall and winter! Inside the cottage there is small bathroom which is in fact down right tiny (not for big folks) wood stove/ oil heater/ac. no smoking allowed.

Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

No neighbor's windows looking into apartment, or outdoor patio space. NOT FOR LOUD PEOPLE/ GROUPS: Only mature, respectful guests to stay in my home.

Come stay in our bright 1 bedroom daylight basement apartment. Our home was built in 1906 and is filled with character and charm, including a secret door disguised as a bookshelf. Located in between SE Belmont and Hawthorne, our home is walking distance to 100s of restaurants, shops, movie theaters and more. We are also blocks away from 2 bus lines that will take you downtown in 10 minutes. We live upstairs and are available if needed. Our ASTR Permit number is 20-109340-HO.

We are outdoor enthusiasts and foodies and are happy to provide information on our local haunts.

Laurelhurst English Cottage

Please be fully vaccinated before arrival. You will have the entire recently finished basement, including a large bed room, a media room and a private bathroom. New Queen Bed, bureaus and space for hanging clothes. There is a private entrance on the driveway side. If I am in town, you are welcome to use the kitchen and backyard. There is a wonderful deck under a large walnut tree in the back yard.
