Le prime attestazioni risalgono infatti al 1200. La struttura architettonica, le varie pietre-fessure e gli architravi di legno nelle pareti - riportati a vista dopo il restauro- ne chiariscono l’impiego come Torre d’Avvistamento. Nel 1700, venne trasformata in casa colonica ad uso agricolo.
