Dotato di parcheggio privato e di tutti i comfort per rendere il soggiorno facilissimo (AC, TV, lavastoviglie e lavatrice) può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è adatto a famiglie, piccoli gruppi di amici, bambini e neonati.
