This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Also, minutes from Leesburg's quaint downtown, shopping mall, the cool Sea Plane City of Tavares, nearby golf courses, main highways, and only an hour away from Central Florida main attractions. Cooking facilities are limited, so if you need a full kitchen, please consider booking our main house instead. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi are not heated.

Sapphire Cottage has a Master with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full size sofa-beds, dinning area for 6, and a full size bathroom. Whether you are looking to relax, enjoy the farm animals, or a bit of adventure we have the perfect location. We live in the main house across the cottage.

Stylish villa 4 bed/3 bath family home with private facing pool & SPA, living room, family room, kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, a game room, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, wheelchair accessible, close to the parks, shops, and restaurants, Pool & SPA heater at additional cost, located at Glenbrook community. We have it all and much more to enjoy. The pool & SPA heater fee is $25 (USD) per day. The BBQ grill is an additional $45 (USD) charge for the whole stay, including 1 propane gas and cleaning.
