The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, wifi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with hand rails, down to The Studio. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

The Tree House Dunsborough

The Tree House Dunsborough, by Eden Properties WA, comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday Down South, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, a bbq area, deck with ocean views and even gear like bikes, surfboards and fishing rods provided upon request.
