42 Flat 6, Shore, A lovely, bright hidden gem in the heart of the vibrant Shore area. Modern apartment, tastefully decorated with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. 1st floor flat with carpeted stairwell. Flat is situated next door to Victor Hugo Restaurant and Malt and Hops Public House. A prime location for all the local bars and restaurants but set back from the street and to the rear of the building so a quiet space. Very easy access into town, tram stop a couple of minutes walk away.

The Shore (la Orilla), Leith, Edinburgh

The flat comfortably accommodates 3-4 people, although there are 5 potential bed spaces. It has a fine outlook: the front window looks onto the river and cobbled streets of Leith, Edinburgh's port city, now regenerated into an upmarket residential and recreational area. The sights of central Edinburgh are just a 20-minute ride away - buses leaving every few minutes from right outside the door; trams all the way to the airport a 2 minute walk away. This is a chic, comfortable apartment.

A Bright modern flat in the vibrant area of Leith. My flat is situated at the foot of Leith Walk. Leith is famous for its community feeling and openness and has a diverse range of pubs, cafes and restaurants along the entire strip. The scenic Shore area is a ten minute walk away. The Edinburgh trams now run a service direct from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment. The stop is at the Foot of the Walk, less than 3 minutes away. The trams also stops near both city centre train stations.

This is my lovely 2 bed apartment with an ideal location to take advantage of all the city has to offer. The city centre, The Shore(Top restaurants,bars and The Royal Yacht Britannia), Stockbridge, The New Town and The Royal Botanic Gardens are all within walking or if you prefer bussing distance.
