Our historic apartment located in Central Downtown Richmond is a perfect stay for all occasions. Built in the 1800s this space has so much character and history. Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. The buildings downtown are beautiful and the view of Main Street will make you feel like your in a big city while still being in this quaint busy little town with so much to offer! Sorry but we had too many problems last year. *Also, strict check in and check out time… had issues!

Try tiny living! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times-NOT!!! You can’t depend on it…Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! Lake Luna Metamora

WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

Cabin 1: Horses & Hot Tubs on Perry Lake

This is one of 4 guest cabins on the property. We are an adults-only venue except for special Family Weeks. Please inquire about our kid-friendly dates. You'll be visiting the High Line cabin at Stillwater Stays. This upcycled shipping container is cantilevered above an old-growth forest and perched 70’ above Perry Lake. Finished in 2022, the premium interior feels fresh and modern. Guests enjoy lake access, encounters with horses, bird watching, and acres of hiking trails.

Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.
