Cosy studio in the heart of the Design District

This very light and quiet studio is located in the heart of the Design District. You have small coffee shops around the corner as well as a couple of super markets. There are many tram and bus stops close by, but you can walk downtown since it’s so close! There are a number of bars & restaurants close by, where you can have a drink by the sea. You can also use the Helsinki City Bikes that are located 50m from the apartment. The studio is 30m2. I just got a new bed 05/21, and a home office!

The cabin is 20km from Helsinki city center. The bus stop to Helsinki is 500m from the cabin. It is located next to the sea and has its own dock from where you can fish or take a dip into the sea. There is a sofa bed, a fireplace and a small kitchen, smart tv and wifi, a wood burning sauna and a loft with a double bed. Toaster, coffee brewer, Nespresso machine, a rowing boat and microwave is also available. The cottage is 27 sqm so it is best suited for one or two persons.

The apartment has been renovated in spring 2019 with a completely new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen should meet the demands of a good home cook. The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.
