Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! We can be reached by texts and available to our guests if there’s any problem. Small friendly pets live on this property.

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Our private 2 bedroom suite with amazing views of Mt. Diablo is located in a suburb of San Francisco and Berkeley called Lafayette in the East Bay. We neighbor Walnut Creek and are close to Hwys. 24/680. We are a 5-8 minute drive to the Lafayette BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.

This charming one bedroom cottage style apartment is attached to our home in Walnut Creek's historic Almond-Shuey neighborhood. It has a separate entrance and it’s own yard. It’s very private. Located in the heart of downtown, this spacious apartment is just a block away from the shops, theaters and restaurants that Walnut Creek has become known for. San Francisco is just a BART ride away. (nearest station is a 4 block walk).

AC: In 2024 we had an unprecedented heatwave so now there is a portable AC, as well as ceiling fans.
