There is immediate access through oversized patio doors to a private backyard with a table, BBQ and ample play space or spend some time catching rays The kitchen is a cooks dream and has a gas stove, oven, microwave, oversized sink with disposal, dishwasher, fridge and wine fridge. Beautiful quartz countertops and stylish backsplash set this kitchen apart. The living room, dining room and flex space have plenty of room for game nights or relaxing after a full morning at the beach. There is even an outdoor, surfboard shower so you can wash all the sand off outside! The first bedroom has a king size bed, spacious his and hers closets, and a gorgeous master ensuite bathroom with an extra large shower with a rain head and handheld as well as his and hers vanities. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large spacious closet. There is a main bathroom for the unit with cool black and white tiles and a bathtub with shower perfect for relaxing in or bathing the kids. There is also a large storage room with in unit, free laundry (both washer and dryer). The Beach is open!! The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access. Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
